Chia Overnight No'ats

Chia Overnight No'ats

1c milk of choice (I prefer Califia Farms toasted coconut/almond milk blend)
1/4c chia
1/4c any frozen fruit
dash of cinnamon
Add everything in your container, shake it up and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning I'll add nuts for a crunch and some coconut flakes for good measure.

Mango is my favorite. Cherry is a close second!
I also sometimes add a teaspoon of cocoa powder (instead of frozen fruit) and I'll add fresh banana and nuts to it in the morning when I eat it. 
The combinations are endless!

  1. I used to make this overnight oats in Ramadan for sahoor.It gives instant energy and one can observe fast through out the day after eating it in sahoor.
