Kale Chips

Super easy and yummy!

Kale Chips

1 Bunch of Kale
1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Tear the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces. The thick center stems you won't be using. Wash the leaves well and let them dry on a paper towel.  I use a salad spinner first, but if you don't have one just lay them out.  Once they're dry enough, toss them in a bowl with the olive oil and pepper. Spread them evenly on a cookie sheet, I line mine with foil or parchment paper, and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. I usually feel them at 12 minutes and if they're crispy enough I pull them out. Salt to taste and enjoy!

You can season this with just about anything you want. Red pepper flakes, garlic powder, chili powder... The possibilities are endless!
